FAQs

  • 404-913-9228. This is a Google voice number, and due to the nature of the business, we don’t answer calls. We’re too busy taping actors. Texting will get a much faster response.

  • Short answer? No.

We’re an audition taping service. If you have a scene for class, or to submit for new representation, we’re happy to accommodate.

If you’re recording a monologue for a reel, something for social media, or to promote yourself or a product in any way (or as a candidate for some sort of office), we will NOT accommodate these requests. There are several reasons why, but the main one: we are not a production house. Our rates are extremely affordable to help actors. You should expect to pay substantially more for a “finished” video that will be public-facing.

If you still want to use us, understand that IF we agree, we will charge a minimum of $200 per hour (1 hour minimum), and we reserve the right to increase that based on the request you’re making. We also reserve the right to deny your request at our discretion.

Finally, we will NOT be held accountable for any editing needs. We will send you the raw footage, and you will be fully responsible for any editing.

  • No. You need to take ownership of your audition. If we coach you and tape you in the same session, then there's no guarantee you can repeat that performance when you get on set. Then we are on the hook for having coached you into a performance you couldn't repeat. By coaching elsewhere and then taping with us, you're taking ownership of your work. Help us raise the bar in Atlanta by being OVER prepared.

UPDATE: Sarah and Katy, two of our amazing staff members, are available to help you prepare for your auditions either in a zoom session or in-person. The session will be separate from your taping session. Visit our staff page for more info on rates.

  • At our discretion. We feel that primarily a taping service should not offer feedback, but if we have insight into the casting director or the project itself, we will pass that along to arm you with as much information as possible.

  • Yes, we use Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards. We do get charged a fee, so we prefer Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.

  • YES! Use your time however you would like with no extra charge.

  • We use WeTransfer.com to send the files. You receive an email from us with a link to WeTransfer to download your files to your computer. NOTE: The link expires 7 days after we send, so please download your files immediately.

  • We prefer not to be in charge of your actual submission. We’re happy to upload to AA, but would much prefer you to double-check your files once you get home before hitting the submit button.

  • Yes, as long as they are well-behaved. And if there are other actors in the waiting room, please be respectful to their preparation by not showing up early, and not lingering after your appointment. Kids can be cute, but this is a professional environment, and we want to preserve that as much as possible.
